I can honestly say no previous exercise discipline has ever helped me achieve my goals like training with Jo at Mojo Fitness has! The sessions are varied and fun, and in just 4 months I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my core strength, general fitness level and body definition. Jo is the ultimate professional; highly dedicated and knowledgeable, and so positive! Her constant praise and encouragement has really taught me to believe in myself and what I’m capable of. I have had a number of personal trainers over the years and Jo’s attention to detail is the best I have seen. Even if you are in a group with others she ensures that exercise you do is very carefully targeted to your requirements. She puts masses of thought and planning into her training sessions and marries that with fantastic positive reinforcement. I am a mum of three small boys and I work full time. Jo is a fab trainer and makes each session different, fun and achievable. I had been a member of a gym for years before training with Jo and felt like I wasn’t getting any better at anything and had become bored to the same old gym routine. Jo really helped me find a love of fitness again, and I no longer feel workouts are a chore. Last month I ran the Ealing Half Marathon which would have seemed completely impossible before I started training with Jo. I really can’t recommend mojo fitness highly enough.
