Deciding to improve our physical activity and ability can be so exciting for some of us, while others may find the prospect rather daunting. Whichever way we feel at the start, we are all capable of achieving our goals, with the right support and motivation. Whether you want to lose weight and tone up, improve technique and progress your current level of fitness or get training support for a specific event you want to take part in. You CAN do it.


About Jo Collins

Hi, I’m Jo Collins, AKA Mojo Fitness! I am a REPS Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based in St Margaret’s TW1. I have coaching qualifications in Functional Resistance Training, Kettle-bells, Core, Circuits and am a Hatton Academy Boxing coach. I also have a certificate in Nutrition for weight loss which all clients can take advantage of as part of the service.   I continue to attend coaching courses and lectures on the latest exercise techniques and fitness related scientific research so that I can remain up-to-date and provide variety for my clients, teaching them something new and providing results week on week.

I was born in 1978 (you can do the maths) and all my life I’ve been someone who has placed an importance on keeping healthy and active.  I started my young adult life as a keen horsewoman, wanting to pursue a competitive career. As with most sporting careers, the discipline levels were high and the physical demands on me were even higher, which required me to stay in shape and take good care of myself. This mind-set has stayed with me throughout my life. Since then I have been both a busy marketing professional and a full time mum of two and ALWAYS had a special passion for fitness. I’ve lost my fitness and body shape through having my children and worked hard to regain it to now be in the best shape of my life. I’ve been there – I understand. Mojo brings both that passion and life experience together to coach and inspire others, to believe in themselves to achieve the goals they didn’t think they could reach.
